Murder Investigation & Arrests

Date of News Release: 10/27/2009

(Bowling Green, Ky.) -- On 10/26/2009, Leland Steven Burns age 55 of Rockfield, Ky was arrested on the charges of Murder & Tampering with Physical Evidence. Also arrested was Mary Faye Burns for the charge of Tampering with Physical Evidence. These charge are from the investigation of the shooting death of Casey Olmsted age 20 of Bowling Green. Details are being limited because of the ongoing criminal investigation. Follow up releases will be made when more information can be released.
