News Release

Burglary Investigation in Paducah, Ky

Date of News Release: 10/18/2009

(Bowling Green, Ky.) -- KSP received a complaint of a burglary in progress in Paducah, KY. Upon arrival Troopers located Cheri Hafner in the driveway and the rear door to the residence forced open. Troopers located Robert Cherry, Jr., inside the residence with property belonging to the home owner on his person. Both subjects were taken into custody without incident and charged with Burgalry 2nd Degree. The investigation is ongoing.
