Injury Collision on I-65 in Warren County
Date of News Release: 08/26/2009
(Bowling Green, Ky.) -- Juan Cardenas Chavez was northbound in the right lane on I-65 near the 38 mile-marker. According to Mr. Chavez fell asleep and his vehicle crossed the center & left lane before colliding head on into the barrier wall. Mr. Chavez 's vehicle came to final rest on the north bound left emergency lane facing south bound. The four passengers of Mr. Chavez 's vehicle (Jose Torrez, Maria Pacheco, Antonio Pacheco & Arely Aguierre) were transported to the Medical Center in Bowling Green and have been admitted for non life threatening injuries. Investigation is ongoing.
