Injury Collision on KY 101 in Warren County

Date of News Release: 08/19/2009

(Bowling Green, Ky.) -- Charisse Forbes was turning west onto Ky 101 from the Shell Station parking lot. Marty Moore was traveling east on Ky 101. Ms. Forbes's vehicle turned into the path of Mr. Moore's motorcycle and Mr. Moore was unable to avoid the accident and struck Ms. Forbes' vehicle causing the Mr. Moore to be ejected from his motorcycle. Ms. Forbes' vehicle came to final rest in the middle of Ky 101 facing north. Mr. Moore's motorcycle came to final rest in the middle of Ky 101 facing west. Mr. Moore was taken by EMS to the Medical Center at Bowling Green where he will be admitted for his injuries. Ms. Forbes was not injured. The investigation is ongoing.
