Felony Drug Arrest in Todd County
Date of News Release: 11/13/2009
(Madisonville, Ky.) -- On Friday, November 13, 2009, Kentucky State Police Troopers responded to a complaint of a strong, chemical odor coming from a residence located on East Jefferson Davis Highway. After locating the residence where the odor was coming from, the troopers obtained consent to search the residence. The troopers discovered an active meth lab and numerous items used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine. Troopers also located methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia during their search.
Kelly G. Kluck age 47 of Elkton, KY was arrested and charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia & Unlawful Possession of Meth Precursor. Michael P. Kluck age 57 of Elkton, KY was arrested and charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia & Unlawful Possession of Meth Precursor. Jeremy L. Parker age 20 of Crofton, KY was arrested and charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Unlawful Possession of Meth Precursor & 2 Counts of Execution of Warrant for Other Agency. Michael T. Morrow age 19 of Elkton, KY was arrested and charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Unlawful Possession of Meth Precursor & Possession of Controlled Substance-Meth. All four subjects were lodged in the Todd County Detention Center.
KSP DESI West conducted the cleanup of the lab. The investigation is continuing by the Kentucky State Police.
