A Sharon Grove Man Arrested on Felony Drug Charges

(Madisonville, Ky.) -- On 10/19/2009, Troopers responded to a tip of a possible, meth lab in Sharon Grove. The troopers made contact with Matthew Shutts. Drug paraphernalia and a firearm were located on the premises. Through further investigation, the troopers located suspected methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and components used to manufacture meth. Mr. Shutts was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd or Greater Offense, Possession Controlled Substance1st Degree 1st Offense (Meth), Trafficking Controlled Substance1st Degree 1st Offense (Meth), Unlawful Possession of a Methamphetamine Precursor & Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and lodged in the Todd County Jail.
