Non-Injury Single Vehicle Collision on KY 109

Date of News Release: 10/17/2009

(Madisonville, Ky.) -- Michael K. Simcox was traveling North on KY 109 when his vehicle dropped off the right shoulder of the roadway. Mr. Simcox was unable to steer his vehicle back onto the roadway and traveled down a small embankment. The vehicle then struck two large shrubs, and continued traveling north before crashing into a house. The vehicle came to final rest completely inside the house. Nobody was inside the residence at the time of the collision. Mr. Simcox was not injured in the collision.
