One Injured in a Single Vehicle Collision on Myers Chapel Road

(Madisonville, KY) -- Jamie Harrell was operating a 1991 Geo Tracker eastbound on Myers Chapel Road when the vehicle dropped off the right shoulder of the roadway. Mr. Harrell overcorrected and crossed both lanes of travel. The vehicle exited the left shoulder of the roadway and struck a ditch. Mr. Harrell sustained minor injuries. At the present time, it is not known if he will seek treatment. He was wearing a seat belt. The Beechmont Volunteer Fire Department assisted Trooper Jerry Knight at the scene.
