One Injured in a One Car Collision on I-24

Date of News Release: 10/07/2009

(Madisonville, KY) - Kenneth Fricke was operating a 2003 Chevrolet Impala eastbound on I-24 when his vehicle drifted over to the right shoulder of the roadway and struck a guardrail. The impact caused the vehicle to cross both eastbound lanes of travel. The vehicle exited the roadway and traveled into the median where it came to rest. Mr. Fricke was transported by ambulance to Blanchfield Army Hospital at Fort Campbell for treatment. He was wearing a seat belt.
