One Injured in a Single Vehicle Collision on KY 109

(Madisonville, Ky.) -- Mr. Barry Brewer was traveling north on KY 109 when he attempted to turn onto KY 1034 in a 2006 Peterbilt Tractor Trailer. When Mr. Brewer entered Kentucky Highway 1034, the right side of the trailer went into a ditch causing the vehicle to overturn. Mr. Brewer was transported by Providence EMS to Regional Medical Center for treatment. Mr. Brewer was charged with Failure To Produce Insurance Card, Unit Not On Taxable Inventory, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulation Part Needed For Safe Operation, Overweight On Single A Highway and 47,800 Pounds Over Weight.
