Burglary Investigation and Arrest in Christian County
Date of News Release: 09/26/2009
(Madisonville, Ky.) -- On January 3rd 2009, the Kentucky State Police responded to an alarm complaint at the House of Hope Church in Mannington, KY. Upon arrival, Trooper Sawyer discovered that the church had been broken into. Information obtained during the course of the investigation led to the arrests of Justin T. Hallum and Stephen L. Alls. Justin T. Hallum was arrested at his residence this date and lodged in the Christian County Jail on the charge of Burglary 3rd degree. Stephen L. Alls was already incarcerated in the Hopkins County Jail on unrelated charges. A warrant for Complicity to Burglary 3rd degree was served on him. He remains lodged in the Hopkins County Jail.
