Injury Collision on US 60 in Crittenden County

Date of News Release: 09/20/2009

(Madisonville, Ky.) -- Mr. Wick E. Collins was eastbound on US 60 east of Marion when he passed the intersection of Rosebud Church Road and US 60 East. As he entered a curve past the intersection, his vehicle began to slide on the wet roadway. Mr. Collins could not regain control of the vehicle as it made a 180 degree turn in the roadway, crossing the center line, and coming to final rest striking a ditch facing westbound.
