Injury Collision at the Intersection of US 62 and KY 813

(Madisonville, Ky.) -- Jo Hunt was traveling eastbound on US 62, approaching the intersection of KY 813. Brian Cunningham was traveling eastbound on US 62, behind Ms. Hunt's vehicle. Ms. Hunt was slowing in an attempt to turn left onto KY 813 south. Mr. Cunningham was unable to stop, causing the right front bumper of his vehicle to make contact with the left rear bumper of Ms. Hunt's vehicle. Ms. Hunt's vehicle came to rest facing east, just off the eastbound shoulder of US 62. Mr. Cunningham's vehicle came to rest facing east, in the middle of US 62. Chadsida Cunningham, a passenger in Mr. Cunningham's vehicle, was transported by Med-Center Ambulance to Regional Medical Center for treatment.
