Injury Crash Involving DUI in Webster County

Date of News Release: 08/14/2009

(Madisonville, Ky.) -- Brian Snider was operating a 2005 Ford pickup truck eastbound on KY 132. Mr. Snider lost control of his vehicle and dropped off the shoulder of the roadway. In an attempt to regain control of his vehicle, he over corrected. The vehicle crossed both lanes of travel and exited the roadway. The vehicle struck a ditch which caused it to overturn on its top. It came to rest on KY 857. Mr. Snider was transported to the Regional Medical Center for treatment. Mr. Snider was cited to court for the offenses of DUI 1st Offense & Failure to Produce Insurance Card due to his injuries. He was wearing a seat belt.
