Browning Chevrolet Investigation

Madisonville, Ky. (Hopkins County) -- On Tuesday, July 28, 2009, the Hopkins County Grand Jury returned indictments against four, former employees of Browning Chevrolet.
On Monday, August 3, 2009, Sheila Moutardier, age 53 of Brownsville, KY, met KSP Detective Lonnie Kavanaugh at the Kentucky State Police Post in Madisonville. She was then transported to the Hopkins County Detention Center where she was processed and lodged.
On Tuesday, August 04, 2009, Terry Browning, age 58 of Hanson, KY, Christopher Browning, age 35 of Hanson, KY, and Joshua Browning, age 31 of Hanson, KY, met KSP Detective Lonnie Kavanaugh at the Kentucky State Police Post in Madisonville. They were then transported to the Hopkins County Detention Center where they were processed and lodged.
All four were charged with 13 counts of Theft by Failure to Make Required Disposition of Property and 8 counts of Theft by Deception. Both charges are class D felonies.
