Injury Collision on Stokes Chapel Road in Todd County

Date of News Release: 07/15/2009

(Madisonville, Ky.) -- Mr. James Case was operating a 1998 Ford Escort west bound on Stokes Chapel Road. For an unknown reason, Mr. Case drove off the right hand side of the road and struck the side of the bridge on Stokes Chapel Road. Mr. Case was transported by Todd County EMS to Jennie Stuart Hospital in Hopkinsville for treatment.
