Injury Collision on I24 in Christian County

Date of News Release: 04/02/2009

(Madisonville, Ky.) - As Ms. Nancy Hollis was traveling westbound on I24 she swerved to avoid a tractor trailer headed in the same direction. Ms. Hollis vehicle exited the right shoulder of the roadway and ran up on the embankment. Ms. Hollis' vehicle continued to travel approximately 50 yards before coming to final rest on the embankment. Ms. Hollis was transported to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for possible injuries sustained in the accident.
