Wanton Endangerment Investigation

(Madisonville, Ky.) - Post 2 received a complaint of a reckless driver in the Nortonville area that had nearly struck several children. When Troopers arrived in the area, they discovered that the driver of the vehicle had fled the area on foot. The operator of the vehicle, Mr. Brian Parker, was located a short time later hiding in some bushes near the railroad tracks. Trooper Anderson discovered that Mr. Parker was intoxicated and placed him under arrest for the charges of Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree, Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol 1st Offense (Aggravated), No Insurance 1st Offense, No Registration Plates & No Registration Receipt.
