Injury Collision on KY 2533 in Muhlenberg County

Date of News Release: 03/18/2009

Madisonville, Ky. - Ralph Bethel was operating a 1999 Ford Ranger northbound on KY 2533 (Dean Road) when for an unknown reason, his vehicle exited off the right shoulder of the roadway. The vehicle struck a rock, retaining wall and came to rest. Mr. Bethel was transported by ambulance to the Muhlenberg Community Hospital for treatment. He was wearing a seat belt.
