Fatal Collision on KY 848 in Todd County

Date of News Release: 03/12/2009

(Madisonville, Ky.) - Mr. Jeremiah Terry was traveling east on KY848 at a high rate of speed. He lost control of his vehicle, left the roadway and struck a tree. The Todd County coroner pronounced Mr. Terry deceased at the scene. The accident is still under investigation by Kentucky State Police.
