News Release

Felony Arrest in Caldwell County

Date of News Release: 02/12/2009

(Madisonville, KY) - On Wednesday, February 11, 2009 at approximately 11:00 a.m., Trooper Chris King responded to the Princeton Fire Department in reference to a complaint of stolen equipment. Trooper King's investigation led him to John K. Teer's residence located at 219 Skyline Drive in Princeton where Trooper King located all the items taken from the fire department. Mr. Teer was arrested without incident and charged with two counts of Theft By Unlawful Taking Over $300, a class D felony. He was lodged in the Caldwell County Detention Center. All items were returned to the Princeton Fire Department.
