Crittenden County Burglary/Receiving Stolen Property Arrest

(Madisonville, KY) - On Wednesday, January 21, 2009, Kentucky State Police Detective Steve Silfies arrested two subjects in reference to a burglary that occurred at Deer Creek Baptist Church on December 12, 2008. During the course of the investigation, Detective Silfies contacted the Evansville Police Department about items stolen from the church that might be at an Evansville pawn shop. The Evansville Police Department located some projection equipment that was stolen from the church and pawned by Mr. Gary J. Tabor . Mr. Tabor was charged with Receiving Stolen Property Over $300 and a juvenile was arrested and charged with Burglary 3rd Degree. Mr. Tabor was lodged in the Crittenden County Jail and the juvenile was cited and released to their parents. The investigation is continuing by Detective Silfies.
