Injury Collision on KY 176 in Muhlenberg County
Date of News Release: 01/05/2009
Madisonville, KY - Tabatha Turner was operating a 1996 Ford Mustang westbound on KY 176 near the VFW when a deer ran into the roadway. Ms. Turner attempted to avoid a collision by braking, but was unable to do so. The front of her vehicle struck the deer causing the airbags to deploy. Ms. Turner was transported by ambulance to the Muhlenberg Community Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. She was wearing a seat belt.
