Burglary and Arson Arrest

Date of News Release: 09/08/2009

(Hickman, Ky.) -- A seven month investigation by the Kentucky State Police led to the arrest of David Robert Eakes, 57 years of age, of Hickman City, Kentucky. Mr. Eakes was charged with Arson 2nd Degree and Burglary 2nd Degree in connection with a Burglary and Arson that occurred on February 13, 2009 in Hickman City. Mr. Eakes was lodged in the Fulton County Detention Center. The investigation is continuing by Kentucky State Police Arson Investigator Detective Frank Gresham.
