Escapee from McCracken County Halfway House
Date of News Release: 09/07/2009
(Paducah, Ky.) -- On Sunday, September 6, 2009, Jesse R Branham, walked away from a halfway house in the city of Paducah. Mr. Branham was last scene around 6:00 pm wearing a white t-shirt and green and yellow shorts. He is possibly in the company of his wife, Tina Branham, 21. She is driving a 1989 white Chevrolet S-10 bearing KY registration 871JXR. Mr. Branham is 24 years old and is described as a white male, 5'11", 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
