Non-Injury DUI Collision on Locust Grove Road in Calloway County

Date of News Release: 08/27/2009

(Murray, Ky.) -- On 08/27/09, Robert Hargrove was driving southbound on Locust Grove Road when he apparently dropped off the shoulder, overcorrected, came back across the road and overturned. Mr. Hargrove sustained no injuries and was taken to the Calloway County Jail, where he was charged with DUI 3rd offense and Driving on a DUI Suspended Drivers' License.
