Raid in Thunder Holler in Lynn Grove, KY

(Lynn Grove, Kentucky) -- Kentucky State Police received a tip from the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control that alcohol was being sold at Thunder Holler in Lynn Grove, KY. An investigation by Kentucky State Police led to a search warrant being served on the establishment, where Troopers seized 669 bottles of beer, 1 bottle of liquor, 9 bottles of wine, and assets from the sales. Paula Beard of Dexter, Ky, was cited for Illegal Sale/Give Alcohol In A Dry Territory 1st Offense. Allisha Bucy and Edward D Johnson Jr, both of Murray, KY, were cited for Presence of Alcohol Beverage Raises Presumption Intent to Sell and Unlicensed Manufacturing/Sale/Store/Purchase/Transportation Alcohol 1st Offense. The investigation continues by Trooper Brian Duvall.
