Felony Arrest in McCracken County

Date of News Release: 02/08/2009

(McCracken County) - Kentucky State Police reported on February 5, 2009 they were called to Backwoods' Bar-B-Que on Ky 1241 reference an intoxicated customer. While speaking with an employee, the subject left the business. The trooper followed the vehicle and observed Bradley S. Tolen of Paducah, Kentucky not wearing his seatbelt. Upon initiating the traffic stop, the Trooper noticed the odor of alcohol. After administering field sobriety tests, Mr. Tolen was taken into custody and charged with the following.: Failure to Wear Seatbelt, Rear License Not Illuminated, Careless Driving, Failure of Owner to Maintain Required Insurance 1st, DUI 2nd offense, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd offense, Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd Degree 1st offense, Prescription of Controlled Substance not in Proper Container 1st. Mr. Tolen was lodged in the McCracken County Jail.
