Two ATV Collide Head-On on KY268

Date of News Release: 12/28/2009

(Henderson, Ky.) -- Two ATV's traveling on Ky268 collided head-on. Upon impact Robert Yates Jr was ejected off his ATV landing off the roadway. Robert Yates Jr was transported to St. Mary's by life flight for treatment of injuries. He is listed in stable condition.
