Sexual Abuse Investigation and Arrest

(Henderson, Ky.) -- Kentucky State Police Detective Bryan Whittaker investigated a complaint involving the sexual abuse of two juveniles. The month long investigation revealed that Stephen Haynes of Reynolds Station committed the offenses of Sodomy 1st degree - 50 counts; Rape 1st degree - 5 counts; Sex Abuse 1st degree - 20 counts; Unlawful Transaction with a minor 1st degree - 75 counts and Incest - 55 counts on juvenile relatives of Haynes. The abuse lasted approximately four years in duration.
Stephen Haynes was arrested on 10-29-2009 and was lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center on a $100,000 full-cash bond.>
The investigation is on-going.
