Ohio County Man Arrested and Charged with Incest

Date of News Release: 09/17/2009

(Henderson, Ky.) -- Kentucky State Police Post 16 Henderson arrested Stephen Haynes for 2 counts of incest and 1 count of Sodomy 1st. These charges are incident to an ongoing investigation. The alleged offenses occurred over the course of several years and involved juvenile victims. Additional charges may be pending.
