Injury Collision on KY 56 in Union County

Date of News Release: 09/16/2009

(Henderson, Ky.) -- On September 15th, Marc D. Whitaker was operating a 1996 Chevy Camaro, was travelling westbound on KY 56 toward Boxville. For an undetermined reason, Mr. Whitaker lost control of the vehicle, crossed the center line, travelled off the roadway and struck a telephone pole. Mr. Whitaker was taken by EMS to Union County Hospital for treatment. No charges were filed. The Kentucky State Police is continuing the investigation.
