Criminal Arrest in Ohio County

Date of News Release: 07/21/2009

(Henderson, Ky.) -- James Neal Hines 62 of Hughes Avenue in Owensboro was arrested on 07-21-2009 and charged with 11 counts each of 1st Degree Sodomy and 1st Degree Sexual Abuse. Mr. Hines was also charged with 22 counts of Unlawful Transaction With a Minor in the 1st Degree. All charges result from an Ohio County Grand Jury Indictment Warrant which was issued on 07-13-2009. An investigation involving similar allegations in Daviess County is ongoing. Mr. Hines is currently lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center.
