Burglary 3rd and Receiving Stolen Property over $300 Arrest

(Henderson, Ky.) -- On 6-20-2009, Harvest Vision Church - 2242 US 431N - Livermore reported their place of worship had been broke into and various musical and sound equipment were missing. The burglars gained entry to the church's rear door by breaking out the glass. Once inside, they stole sound speakers, amplifiers and guitars. The investigation reveled that Steffan C. Case and a juvenile committed the burglary and were trying to sell the stolen items to a witness in the Livermore area. The witness approached the investigating troopers and told them where said items could be located. Troopers located the stolen speakers and one amplifier at a residence in Livermore. The juvenile there was charged with receiving the stolen property which is a D-felony. Troopers then located a guitar and the other amplifier at Mr. Case's residence. Mr. Case was charged with burglary 3rd, which is also a D-felony. The Sacramento juvenile was also charged with burglary 3rd for assisting Case in the church burglary.
