One Killed in a Single Truck Collision on Johnson Road

Date of News Release: 09/26/2009

(Springfield, Ky.) -- The Kentucky State Police Post 15 is investigating a collision that occurred 9/26/09 at 2:28 a.m., 2 miles south of Springfield on Johnson Road. The collision occurred when a 2007 Ford pickup, operated by Frederick E Bushey, II, age 21, of Springfield, was traveling north on Johnson Road, left the roadway and struck a tree. Mr. Bushey was belted at the time of the collision and was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Washington County Coroner. The collision is being investigated by Trooper John Adams.
