Injury Collision on Ky 433 in Washington County

Date of News Release: 09/13/2009

(Washington Co., Ky.) -- Collision occurred at 3:50 p.m on Ky 433 in the limits of Mackville in Washington County. Victor Ruiz, age 37, of Willisburg, not belted, was operating a 1996 Pontiac 4dr traveling Westbound on Ky 433. Mr. Ruiz's vehicle left the roadway, struck an embankment, and overturned. Mr. Ruiz was ejected from the vehicle. He was airlifted to University of Kentucky Hospital for treatment of injuries.

Trooper Donnie Moses is investigating. He was assisted at the scene by Willisburg Rescue.
