Marion County Death Investigation

(Marion County, Ky.) -- Kentucky State Police is working a death investigation that occurred Tuesday, May 12, 2009 at approximately 3:00 p.m. EST. John Miller, age 29, of Cub Run, KY was struck in the head by a dead tree top while logging in Marion County on Sulphur Lick Road. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Marion County Coroner. The incident is being investigated by Trooper Clint Walker.
