Injury Collision on the Bluegrass Parkway in Washington County

(Washington County, KY) - Trooper Fred Cornett is investigating a collision that occurred Sunday morning at 4:55AM, 7 miles North of Willisburg on the Bluegrass Parkway. Clark Seth, age 18 of Bardstown was traveling West on the Bluegrass Parkway in a 1994 Ford Focus when he dropped off the right side of the roadway and struck an embankment. Demarco Phelps, age 18 of Bardstown was treated and released from Flaget Hospital. 3 other passengers in the vehicle; 17 yr old Jordan D. Hickman, 17 yr old Timothy Downs II, and 18 yr old Rashaun Phelps all of Bardstown along with Seth were not injured. None of the occupants were wearing a seat belt. Trooper Cornett was assisted at the scene by Washington County EMS and the Willisburg Fire Department.
