Another Injury Collision on I-64 in Carter County

(Ashland, Ky.) -- The Kentucky State Police Ashland responded to a three vehicle collision at the 162 mile marker on I-64. Terry Clayborne was traveling eastbound on I-64 when he encountered congested traffic due to an earlier collision. Terry Clayborne failed to stop his vehicle and struck Brandon R. Wease's vehicle in the rear. This caused Mr. Wease's vehicle to strike Pamela C Kiggins' vehicle, which was stopped in traffic. Terry Clayborne and his passenger (Jane Clayborne) along with the Brandon R Wease were transported to area hospitals for minor injuries. This accident remains under investigation by Trooper Jim Ryland.
