News Release

Intimidating a Participate in Legal Process Investigation

Date of News Release: 06/09/2009

(Ashland, Ky.) -- On Friday June 5th, 2009 Kentucky State Police Post 14 was notified that threats had been posted on an internet blot site. The threats had been allegedly aimed towards a Carter District Judge. Detective Jim Goble along with Kentucky State Police Electronic Crimes investigated the complaint. The investigation led to two carter county residents being arrested and lodged in the Carter County Detention Center. David S. Justice age 62 & Kelly Hall age 31 were both charged with Intimidating a Participate in Legal Process.
