Louisa Woman Arrested

An image of Carrie Jo Woods, click here to enlarge in a new window   (Ashland, KY) - Kentucky State Police Ashland received a call from Dr. Pramit Bhasin on July 24, 2008 in reference to a report of an employee that had been obtaining controlled substances without a valid prescription. Kentucky State Police conducted an investigation on this allegation and arrested Carrie Jo Woods on January 6th 2009. Mrs. Woods was lodged in the Greenup County Detention Center on charges of Obtaining Controlled Substances by Forgery/False Statement (77 Counts). This case is under investigation by Detective Jim Goble.
