Letcher County Wanted Person Arrested

(Whitesburg, Ky.) -- A 22 year old Letcher County woman wanted by the Sullivan County, TN Sheriff's Department has been apprehended by Trooper Randy Surber with KSP Post 13 in Hazard. This arrest came after KSP in Hazard received information that Linda Kay Collier of 244 Slate Avenue in Neon, KY was staying at a residence located at 3511 Highway 160 in the Premium community of Letcher County. Trooper Randy Surber along with a Deputy from the Letcher County Sheriff's Department responded to this residence and located Linda Kay Collier who was arrested without incident.

Linda Kay Collier was transported to the Letcher County Jail and is awaiting transport back to Sullivan County, TN where she is wanted for the following charges:

• Aggravated Robbery
• Attempted Premeditated First Degree Murder
• Conspiracy to Commit aggravated Robbery
