One Injured in Two Vehicle DUI Collision

(Post 12 Frankfort) -- On 12-19-2009 Troopers and Shelby County Sheriffs Deputies were investigating an injury collision involving an earlier pursuit with Troopers. While still on the scene, Casey McCall was traveling South on Lagrange Road and struck the rear of a Shelby County Fire Truck which was on scene assisting with the previous collision. Mr. McCall was transported to U of L Hospital with life threatening injuries. Alcohol is suspected to be a factor in the collision. The collision remains under investigation by Post 12 Troopers. The Fire Fighters inside the fire truck during the collision were not injured.
