Man Wanted in Scott County Rape Investigation Located

(Post 12 Frankfort) -- Kentucky State Police have been looking for Elder Santizo, age 20. Santizo is a suspect in a Scott County rape investigation. On August 29, 2009 Kentucky State Police received the complaint. The investigation led to obtaining arrest warrants on Elder Santizo for 3 counts of Rape 2nd. On August 29, 2009 Santizo was enter into NCIC (National Crime Information Center) as wanted.

On Tuesday, September 14, 2009 at 2:54 PM, Santizo was located in Houston TX by the Harris Co Sheriff's Office in conjunction with the US Marshall Office. Pending Santizo extradition he will be facing three counts of Rape 2nd involving a Scott County juvenile. Investigation continuing by Post 12 Frankfort.
