Fatal Collision on Grays Run Road in Spencer County

Date of News Release: 08/24/2009

(Post 12 Frankfort) -- On 08/23/2009, Kevin L. Hatzman was traveling north on Grays Run Road, KY 1539. The vehicle dropped off the side of the road. Mr. Hatzman overcorrected and crossed south bound side of the road leaving the roadway and striking a tree. Mr. Hatzman was pronounced dead by Spencer County Coroner.
