Fayette/Scott County Pursuit & Arrest

(Post 12 Frankfort) -- Trooper Jeremy Devasher attempted to stop a vehicle for speeding on Leestown Road in Fayette County. When Tpr. Devasher activated the vehicle emergency equipment the driver failed to pull over. As the the vehicle entered Scott County the driver accelerated to a high rate of speed in an attempt to elude Tpr. Devasher. The driver continued to flee onto Paynes Depot then Iron Works Road before finally pulling over and surrendering. The driver and two female passengers were taken into custody without incident, and all three were lodged in the Scott County Detention Center.

Tyler Lynn was charged with DUI 1ST Aggrivator, Fleeing And Evading 1st, Tampering with Physical Evidence, 2 Counts of Wanton Endangerment 1st, Possession of Marijuana, and Speeding. Deidre Davidson age 19 and Lindsey T. Baunach age 18 were both charged with Public Intoxication.
