Arrest in Scott County

(Frankfort, Ky.) - On March 23, 2009 while on patrol in Scott County, Kentucky Tpr. Devasher and Scott County Sheriff's Deputies were flagged down by two subjects and their families who alleged having a gun pointed at them. After investigating the alleged incident Mrs. Lavonne C. Lyons was located and arrested for Alcohol Intoxication and 2 counts of Wanton Endangerment involving a handgun. Mrs. Lyons was arrested and transported to the Scott County Detention Center. This incident does not appear to have any connection to the Ashley Lyons case.
