Marijuana Grow Investigation in Whitley County

(London, Ky.) -- On Friday, May 01, 2009, at 00:46 AM the Kentucky State Police, Post 11, in London was notified, by an anonymous caller of a large outdoor marijuana grow on C. Bryant Road in Whitley County, KY.
Upon arrival Detective Billy Correll and Trooper Phillip Hays discovered 154 marijuana plants growing at the location.
The plants were eradicated by the officers.
Detective Correll is continuing the investigation and was assisted by Trooper Hays.
