Prostitution Arrests in Harlan and Bell County

(Harlan, Ky.) -- On 7/20/09, Troopers from Kentucky State Police Post 10 and KSP Drug Enforcement Special Investigations East section conducted an operation to arrest prostitutes on US 119 in Harlan and Bell County. Arrested were; Heather Hensley, age 21 of Bledsoe, KY. Hensley was charged with Prostitution and lodged in the Bell County Detention Center. Jennifer Gibson, age 27 of Pineville, KY was charged with Prostitution and two counts of Non-support and was lodged in the Bell County Detention Center. Jamie Ellison, age 26 of Wallins, KY was arrested on a bench warrant and was lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center. These arrests are still under investigation by Kentucky State Police Post 10 Harlan.
