(Harlan, Ky.) -- On June 15, 2009 at 6:05 p.m., Kentucky State Police Post 10 Harlan responded to a call of an attempted kidnapping of a nine year old girl on Evergreen Road in the community of Flat Lick, KY. The victim was walking home from a friend's house when an unknown male subject pulled along side of the victim and tried to force her into the vehicle.
